COVID-19 WARNING, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION FOR Pro Grooming services, curated events, programming, and other related activations.
WARNING RELATED TO COVID-19 INFECTION
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic and is very contagious
COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.
Pro Grooming has taken and will continue to take all reasonable precautions to prevent against the presence and spread of the disease but cannot and does not guarantee against exposure; and therefore, in choosing to Pro Grooming services, attending Pro Grooming curated or related events you acknowledge that you are assuming a risk that you may be exposing yourself to COVID-19 and its potential health risks.
Arrivals, Delays, and Cancellations
All customers must arrive on time
Delayed arrivals after 10-minutes will not receive a hair wash
All delayed arrivals will be canceled after 15-minutes. No exceptions.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the reserved time of service without penalty. No exceptions.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No exceptions.
‘No Call, No Shows’
‘No Call, No Show,’ customers will be charged in-full of the scheduled service. No exceptions.
New Clients
New clients are to select the ‘New Client/First Time Client’ option for all service offerings. No exceptions.
Please communicate all allergies upon booking on your new client intake form.
Service is to be paid in full.
Code of Conduct
Expected Behavior
Be considerate of your service provider and all those with whom you may interact.
Be mindful of your words and actions. As you are in a professional setting.
Unacceptable Behavior
Offensive or unwanted behavior or language, including, but not limited to, discriminatory behavior or language based on race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political affiliation or any other similar categories. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech or actions will not be tolerated.
Intimidation or bullying, either in-person or online pre or post service, events, related programming.
Possession of a weapon or something that could be construed as a weapon during time of service, event or programming.
Possession or ingesting of controlled and/or illegal substances during time of service, event, or programming.
Inappropriate disruption of scheduled service for self and others.
Real or implied threat of physical, professional or financial damage or harm to anyone within the service area or the immediate surrounding area.
Payments
An active credit card is to be placed on file. No exceptions.
CASHAPP, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, AND PAYPAL ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Credit card payments are accepted.
The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has booked scheduled service or contract for service.
All balances are to be paid in full the day prior to scheduled special events and programming.
Consent of Photography and Media
By receiving a Pro Grooming service, you acknowledge that your image may be captured on video or in photos taken on behalf of Pro Grooming for the purpose of marketing and promotion..
You further provide Pro Grooming the right to use candid photos or videos without securing additional permission, provided those images are not accompanied by further personally identifying information.
Please note: Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without Pro Grooming’s prior written consent.
Photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of Pro Grooming..
Pro Grooming may post photos and/or recordings on Pro Grooming official social media accounts during and after services, events, and programming.
Personal Photography and Media
Pro Grooming encourages customers to share their Pro Grooming experience events on social media, unless specifically prohibited by service provider sharing of their content. By sharing photos and videos on social media channels, you are consenting that Pro Grooming may reshare, repost and use those photos and videos prior, during, and after service.
Attendees that do not wish to participate, please contact your service provider.
It is also your right to opt out of being photographed and/or recorded, please communicate this to your provider before the start of the scheduled service.
Special Events and Programming
To secure a date for service or event, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. All deposits are non‐refundable. The client or organization is to provide a credit card authorization form and agrees that any overage charge is non-disputable. All additional enhancement services made on the day of service will assess a 10% surcharge. Payments for these charges shall be made on-site by the individual customer receiving service. Please make sure that every person that will receive service is listed in the contract. As we will require a certain time window to render quality service.
The number of guests must be guaranteed by the client no later than 14 business days before the date of the event. If the number of guests increases on the day of the event, Pro Grooming has the sole right to assess additional service fees.
